Housing

Meals

Students living in VSM accommodation will have the necessary amenities to prepare their own meals at their own cost.

Foreign Trips

Students are required to take an internship at the end of the program in order to graduate. Each trip will be based on current airfares and cost of living in each country. Students will be encouraged and trained on how to raise offerings and monthly support for each trip, but VBM does not accept any financial responsibility for mission trips.

Work

The weekly class schedule is such that it will allow students ample time to work and earn money to offset the expense of their education. All students needing financial help are encouraged to find employment. Work schedules must be agreed upon with the employer prior to accepting employment that will not hinder the student from attending any regularly scheduled church service. Students are not allowed to work at any establishment requiring them to serve alcohol.

VSM Financial Assistance

VSM strives to make the cost of training as affordable as possible. Volunteer administration and faculty members, efficient overheads, student scholarships, and church matching programs help to keep training costs very low. Below are details about VSM scholarships and the church matching program.

SCHOLARSHIPS

General Scholarship Qualifications*

  1. Applicants must be full-time students (at least 12 credits) starting in the Fall Semester.
  2. Applicants must have applied and be approved to enroll in the VSM.

Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply early.
