Another Beautiful Baby Girl!!

Yesterday Josh & Morgan Barton welcomed this precious girl into their family in Mozambique! Morgan and the baby are well, and please pray for their sweet family. 

Golf Tournament!

Stephen Cofield has been a tremendous help in the past, and once again, has joined to help us plan for our 5th annual Golf Tournament. We will be spreading the word, looking for golfers, and contacting sponsors. Our goal with the proceeds will go towards professionally remodeling the gym to be an official basketball and volleyball court. It will be used for local Christian schools, churches, and VBM/VSM use. We are excited about what God is doing! 

Our future is as bright as the promises of God!

These men have become invaluable to helping, guiding, advising, and counseling us in the areas of finances and accountability. Very grateful for them, and I know they would appreciate your prayers.

These godly men have been a vital part of God's blessing and goodness upon VBM. Please take a moment to pray for them as well as reach out and thank them for their service and investment. The majority of them will be able to attend in person at our fall meeting (November 19).

We had another great week of podcasts. Some great topics and speakers.

1. Pastor Trent Cornwell did an in-depth study on the Student Volunteer Movement and shared highlights.
2. Pastor Beau Carpenter spoke about Philosophy of Technology in Ministry and Death of a Dream.
3. Missionary Chestley Howell shared about visual aids in church and ministry. 
4. Dr. Charles Keen allowed me to visit his home on Saturday to record a podcast. 
5. Pastor Edward Barclay (First Baptist Church of Milford, OH) allowed me to interview him Sunday before evening service. He shared his church planting days in Colorado and now leading a very large ministry. 

I apologize about so many, but I think you will thoroughly enjoy the information on these. I was challenged and helped by listening. If you're not subscribed to "Missions Post" podcast on YouTube or your favorite podcast platform, I would encourage you to do so. They can be a great encouraging tool!

Another Intern Flying Out

Grant Snode flew out to Burkina Faso last week. Please pray as he arrives and jumps into language and ministry services with Dallas & Ashley Brown. 

Reentry Meetings

Thankful to have a reentry meeting with Graham & Olivia Young. This is always a good time for us to catch up, talk through, and pray together. 

And...Travis & Teri led a reentry with Josh & Allie Miller, including their pastor and his wife in it. They are stateside for only a few months, but it is certainly a blessing to catch up!

20 Year Anniversary!

Congratulations to Kevin & Beth White for 20 years at Vision Baptist Cochabamba, Bolivia. This was their first church plant in Bolivia. They are standing with Pastor Pablo and his wife, Evelyn. They are tremendous servants of the Lord!

Good Food & Good Help

We love having missionaries on the beautiful campus God gave us. On Friday, these wonderful ladies enjoyed fellowship and helped with meal prep. Very grateful. 

Visiting Teacher

Chestley Howell visited for a few days and jumped right into teaching my class at VSM. I love when our students get to hear from missionaries that pass through. The next time you're in town, please come by and get to know our students!

Internship Completion

Denise Troyer just finished her internship in Colombia. Pray for her as she prepares for the next step God has in her life. 

Chapel Services

Every week at VSM, chapel services are held on campus. Ty schedules special speakers each week, and last week we had a guest preacher.

New Podcast Promo Cards

The Lord has given us a lot of conferences and churches to represent VBM throughout this fall season. We have stocked up on stickers, brochures, and some new material as well. Praise the Lord for what God is doing! 

Upcoming Preview Day

We are planning a "Preview Day," which is a one-day exploration of missions pathways for high school/college students who desire to get more involved in missionary service. The information is below. This event will be taken place on the same day of our Pastoral Advisory Committee meeting.
