John Walz - Taiwan Church Planting
Purpose
To assist established church plants in purchasing permanent meeting spaces once they have reached maturity under ordained pastoral leadership.
Vision
We believe that a local church becomes a lasting lighthouse for the Gospel when it is rooted in its own community—spiritually and physically. By helping faithful, growing congregations secure property, we strengthen their long-term presence, testimony, and ability to train future leaders.
Eligibility
Churches must demonstrate:
- Sound doctrine and faithful ministry.
- An ordained pastor providing spiritual oversight.
- A consistent record of evangelism, discipleship, and financial stewardship.
Goal
To see every biblically grounded church plant in our fellowship equipped with a permanent home—so that generations to come can hear the Gospel, gather for worship, and send workers into the harvest.
This fund helps established church plants with ordained pastors purchase or renovate permanent meeting spaces. Your gift strengthens growing congregations by giving them a lasting home in their communities—ensuring that the Gospel continues to be preached and disciples made for generations to come.
How Gifts Are Used
Donations designated for the Taiwan Church Planting fund will be used to purchase or assist with the down payment for church buildings, acquire land for future church construction, or renovate existing structures to meet local ministry needs in Taiwan and across Asia. If the project needs are met or cannot be completed, remaining funds will support other building or ministry projects in Taiwan or elsewhere in Asia.
As with all gifts to Vision Baptist Missions, Inc. (VBM), contributions are received with the understanding that they are under the full discretion and control of VBM. For further information, see visionmissions.com/giving-faqs
