Equipping Local Leaders

Purpose

Hosting a leadership summit that trains and equips local pastors and ministry leaders.

The Need

National leadership is essential for churches to survive and thrive, yet in many places it is difficult for leaders to be strengthened and encouraged. Those serving in a Creative Access Country (Asia) carry not only the weight of ministry but also the continual burden of serving where it is illegal and persecution is a reality. The goal of the Christian Leadership Summit is to invest in these leaders by providing rest, encouragement, training, and renewed strength for the work God has called them to do.

Vision

The vision of the Christian Leadership Summit is to strengthen national pastors by providing encouragement, fellowship, and training for long-term ministry. The summit is not simply about hosting another event but about creating a foundation for lasting gospel work through investing in these leaders.

• Connect National Pastors – Provide fellowship and refreshment in their local language.
• Encourage Leaders – Strengthen them through mutual edification and support.
• Build Relationships – Foster trust that strengthens teamwork in gospel ministry.
• Equip for Ministry – Offer biblical exhortation and training for life and service.

How You Can Help

Supporters are invited to prayerfully consider a one-time love offering or ongoing support to help national pastors, leaders, and their families attend the summit without financial burden.

Current Need

The estimated cost for the Leadership Summit (Family) is about $20,000 to bring national pastors, leaders, and their families together every 4–5 years. The Leadership Summit (Intensive), designed for local pastors, is held approximately every 2 years at a cost of about $5,000.

How Gifts Are Used

Donations designated for the Summit Fund will be used to support the Christian Leadership Summit, including conference expenses such as travel, lodging, meals, and other related needs for national pastors, leaders, and their families. If the project needs are met or cannot be completed, remaining funds will support future Christian Leadership Summits or other ministry projects in Asia.
